Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope of Work

    Our services include new installation, removing or dismantle, cleaning (for the purpose of renovation work), restoration or repair, reinforcement or structural support, sanding, polishing, and varnishing. For those garbage or residue (larger than a palm size) that was made after work, we will take responsibility to move out. Any ad-hoc duty such as furniture relocation, floor mopping, and etc are excluded from our job scope.

  2. Price and Payment

    The projects price are inclusive with Goods and Services Tax (GST) as stated in the quotation. The price is fixed and no amendment is allowed after confirmed the job. Additional task which requested less than 3 days before or during the work will be quoted separately and payment should be made on the spot after the work is completed.

    All Payment should be done not more than two weeks after the work is completed. For the projects that are equal or more than SGD 1000, clients are liable to pay for 50% of deposit upon commencement of the works.

  3. Modification Order

    Any additional works or variation of works that are requested may incur delay of completion or reschedule to smoothen overall work flow.

  4. Client Obligation

    Client should ensure the renovation area is ready before workers carry out their duties. This may include removing furniture, clearing the space, cover and protect especially for fragile items.

  5. Acceptance

    House owners are required under the Housing & Development (Renovation Control) Rules to engage an HDB Registered Renovation Contractor to carry out renovation works which shall be taken to mean alteration and addition work (Works) to the Unit. House owners shall engage their own HDB Registered Renovation Contractors for the approved Works and pay all charges and costs thereof. The engagement of these contractors is strictly on a private basis between the flat owners and the contractors and HDB is not privy to the contract.

  6. Work Period

    Client should agree to allow our contractors, agents, staff workers and representatives to enter upon and have access to your property for the purposes of carrying out the agreed works (the “Works”) for a period that may extend for up to 2 months from the date of acceptance of this agreement.

  7. Termination

    In the event of a cancellation of work (after confirm with quotation), clients are liable to notify at least 3 days in advance. Otherwise, 5% charges based on the project cost will be charged.

  8. Liability cause/Assurance

    A liability clause places a cap on the damages that a construction company can be demanded to pay in the event something goes wrong on a job. An assurance clause in the contract details a specific period during which the contractor is obligated to rectify or replace certain facets of the work if any shortcomings or issues emerge. If there is no notice given to us in the warning of any defects in the workmanship or material supplied within 7 days after the end of period of work, it shall be deemed that the work or material supplied was in accordance with this agreement and you are thereafter not entitled to raise any objections.

  9. Risk

    Clients should take responsibility on their own safety that they should keep themselves away from the renovation area when the renovation is on-going.
